1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nyox AI’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a dental clinic, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Nyox AI provides AI-driven automation, funnel design, and appointment setting services through the GoHighLevel platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve system performance.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for AI integration.

Ensure your clinic’s medical practices comply with local laws.

Handle patient data gathered through the system according to your local health regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Service fees are billed based on the agreed-upon package. Failure to pay may result in the temporary suspension of your AI systems and funnels.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nyox AI provides tools to assist in clinic growth, but we do not guarantee specific medical outcomes or a fixed number of patients. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our automation.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom funnels, AI prompts, and designs created by Nyox AI remain the intellectual property of Nyox AI unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if these terms are violated or if the service is used for fraudulent purposes.
